Fellowship and Parish Life -
Our Common Life Together

It is through our fellowship that we build build relationships in community that strengthen and sustain us as individuals and as a church family. We hope you find that getting involved in our parish community deepens your spiritual journey and provides you with a sense of belonging. We hope you will join the fun and fellowship.
ECW-Episcopal Church Women
he Episcopal Church Women of St. James are an active group. The mission of this group is to empower each other to live the life for which Christ called us by sharing His love through outreach, fellowship and spiritual growth. ECW is the fellowship of ALL women of the Church and is organized to enable the women to serve our Lord through Service, Worship, Education, Evangelism and Pastoral Care. All women are automatically members. The ECW sponsor the annual Christmas Auction and the Fat Tuesday Spaghetti Supper. These events together allow the ECW to give almost $10,000 annually to outreach activities and events.
Hospitality - Parish Life Committee
Throughout the year, St. James has many fellowship events that foster relationship as fellow disciples of Jesus Christ. When we break bread together we engage in the sacredness of community and follow the example of Jesus in gathering with friends to celebrate and worship. Our Parish Life Committee assists in planning and presenting these fellowship activities.
Men of the Church
The men of the parish gather throughout the year in many ways to share fellowship and grow in relationship with each other and Jesus Christ. Some of the ministries include helping with the annual Spaghetti Supper, a Christmas get together and buildings and grounds projects.
Sunday Breakfast Teams
Each Sunday morning our Breakfast Teams take turns making breakfast for the parish. The breakfast menu varies based on the personality of the group, but one thing is consistent among all - they have a great time joining in fellowship to make a meal for those in the parish family. All who would like to join this ministry are welcome. Let us know and we will put you on a team - no cooking experience necessary.
